Exchanges
If you have purchased the incorrect size t-shirt, we will exchange the size, provided the item is returned in its original condition, unworn with no marks, in original plastic packaging with the email receipt as proof of purchase. Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery, at your cost.
Koala Kids is not responsible for any items that are lost in transit whilst being returned. We suggest you return your item by registered post or return it directly to our office (after contacting us).
Faulty Items
Please contact us to arrange a refund or exchange if the product you have purchased is faulty. An email receipt must be presented as proof of purchase. Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.
Change of Mind
In the unlikely event you are disappointed with your purchase or you have changed your mind unfortunately we are unable to provide a refund or exchange.
