Judy Mullen GradCertHRM AMICDA

Judy has worked in public relations, marketing and fundraising for 30 years plus and has had experience in strategic communications, publicity, event management and philanthropy. She is a current director of the Carlton Football Club Foundation (Blues Foundation) and was a founder and President of Women of Carlton (2002-2014). Past board positions include IPR Shandwick (formerly International Public Relations), Government statutory authorities, arts and education boards (Genazzano FCJ Council 2004 – 2012), not for profits and sporting trusts.

Dr Annie Moulden FRACP GAICD OAM
Director
Annie is a Paediatrician with a particular interest in improving the quality and safety of healthcare. She was awarded an Order of Australia Medal (OAM) in 2011 for her contribution to paediatrics and to patient safety.
Annie joined the Board of Koala Kids in 2015 and brings experience in Governance having served on the Boards of Very Special Kids, Latrobe Regional Hospital and Children’s Healthcare Australasia. She has had previous roles as the Director of Quality at The Royal Children’s Hospital (RCH) and the Clinical Director, Innovation and Quality at Monash Health and is currently the Clinical Lead, Victorian Paediatric Clinical Network, Safer Care Victoria and the Medical Lead, Quality & Safety at RCH.
Amanda Mandie OAM
Executive Director
Mandy has extensive experience in the philanthropic sector and in addition to founding and operating Koala Kids Foundation was also heavily involved in the early years of Snowdome and Ross Dennerstein Foundations. She has worked as a journalist, event manager, in public relations and marketing. Mandy has gathered a diverse and enthusiastic group of professional people to volunteer and share her passion for Koala Kids.
Mandy’s much-envied networking skills have helped grow Koala Kids into the relevant organisation it is today. She has two children, Nick who co-founded Koala Kids in 2005 and Daniella, both who are actively involved. Her husband Stephen supports her in all her interests including her love of the Richmond FC.
Jack Mullen BCom(Acc&Mgt) GradDipCA ICCA
Director
Jack is chief financial officer of a property development and construction company based in Melbourne. He brings his experience in audit, advisory and finance to the Koala Kids Board. Jack is a member of the Box Hill Golf Club and MCC. He is a sports enthusiast and former treasurer of the St Kevin’s Old Boys Cricket Club. He enjoys spending time with his young family and is committed to helping make a difference at Koala Kids.
Will Dakis LLM (JD)
Company Secretary
Will is currently working with the AFL as regional manager South East. His focus is on strategic projects to deliver growth of football. He has previously worked in risk strategy EY within the business and consulting division and in Canberra as a lawyer with the Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade in Canberra.

Roger Velik B.Juris; LLB
Roger brought a wealth of experience in business strategy and smart decision making to the Koala Kids Board. He was a practising commercial and intellectual property lawyer for more than 25 years, consults to commercial enterprise and offers experience and understanding of business operations and corporate governance.
Roger became involved with Koala Kids because of his passion for philanthropy. He is a father and grandfather.
Elinor Graham AMICDA
Director
Elinor is a brand and communication strategist with a career spanning more than 25 years in both client and agency roles specialising in qualitative research, brand positioning and internal communications.
Elinor has been involved with Koala Kids since it was founded in 2005. She shared responsibility for strategic direction, culture and evaluation of programs.
